First Apostolic Church of Winchester
1965-1971
There is a rich history at Winchester UPC. Founded in 1965 by Rev. R. W. Hammoutree. Bro. Hammoutree pastored Winchester UPC from 1965-1971
1971-1974
Rev. E. A. Colvin and his wife Beulah brought their little family from West Virginia to Winchester, TN where they served as Pastor for over 40 years. Many souls were won through the ministry of Rev. Colvin. Bro. Colvin Pastored from 1971 until 2015 when he passed the mantle to the current Pastor and was named the Bishop. Bishop Colvin passed from this life in March of 2016.
His legacy will always be remembered.
2015~Present
Pastor Jordan Atkisson and his beautiful wife, Alyssa, were unanimously voted in as Pastor on November 1, 2015. Since then, they have been working hard to build strong relationships within the community. They both have passion and a vision of where they want the church to go while continuing to build upon the foundation that has been set for over 50 years.
